Tuscany: Our Slow Travel Story

Hi! We are Holly & Safak. In Tuscany we discovered the spots where time actually slows down. Whether it’s finding the perfect Pici pasta or the most scenic path. Join us as we share our personal Tuscan dream with you. About us →
Tuscany was the first region where we truly embraced the way of slow living and it remains the place we dream of calling home one day, running a small agriturismo, producing our own olive oil and wine and sharing the beauty of Tuscan life with others. What do we love about Tuscany? The rolling hills, the fact that it’s less crowded and touristy, especially in the south, and the history and art you can find in every corner of its cities and villages. And of course, there’s the food – the incredible wine, the rich olive oil, the flavorful pecorino cheese and the bistecca alla fiorentina. In Tuscany everything what we love comes together: Rustic countryside, history and art, quality food and the beautiful landscape. We’re excited to share our favorite corners of this region with you.
